Open E-mail Settings on your BlackBerry home screen.
Click Create NewAccount >AddAn EmailAccount
Click Yes to indicate you Agreeto theTerms, then click IAgree. On the next screen, enter your username and password for the account you plan to use and click Next.
On the E-mail Account Setup page, type in the CBNe- mailaddressyou plan to set up, and the password for that account, and click Next. At this point, the e-mail setup wizard will state that it is unable to configure the account you entered.
At the current screen, select Iwillprovidethe settingstoaddthise-mailaccount, and click Next. No need to enter your e-mail address and password again; youΓÇÖll only need to if you accidentally misspelled one of them in prev. Step. Select the type of account you want to configure. Select InternetServiceProviderE-mail (POP/IMAP). Click Next.
Click ProvidetheSettingson the next screen.
Enter in your Username, Password, and E-mail Server settings. Click Next.
Note: There'snosettingforOutgoingMailServer/SMTP
sincethesystemautomatically sendmailby it'sdefaultSIMCard Provider
The BlackBerry will now display that your account has been set up
successfully, and you will have access to your mailbox from the BlackBerry
home screen.
If you have your own domain name eg, user@userdomain.com ,makesure you also putentire email addresson username box.
