Email configuration on Microsoft Outlook 2013

If the first time you run Ms. Outlook 2013, click Next to begin and select Yes the email settings and click Next, or click File - Info and select Add Account. ( Jika baru pertama kali menjalankan Ms. Outlook 2013, klik Next untuk memulai lalu pilih Yes untuk setting email dan klik Next, atau klik File Info lalu pilih Account.

Select Manual setup or additional server types and then Next.  (Pilih Manual setup of additional server types lalu Next.).

Select POP or IMAP and then Next.  Pilih POP or IMAP lalu Next,

 

Halaman Pilih POP or IMAP.

Fill the box as follows then click More Settings : ( Isi box sebagai berikut lalu klik More Settings ) :

• Your Name : Nama Pengirim / Sender Name
• Email Address : alamat email / email address
• Account Type : POP3
• Incoming mail server : pop.emutu.net.id
• Outgoing mail server (SMTP) : smtps.emutu.net.id
• User Name : alamat email / email address   

 

POP and IMAP Account Settings.

Select the Outgoing Server, check My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication and select Use same settings as my incoming mail server and click Advanced : ( Pilih Outgoing Server kemudian beri tanda cek pada My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication dan pilih Use same settings as my incoming mail server lalu klik Advanced :

 

 

Outgoing Server.

Fill Outgoing server (SMTP) to 465 and select SSL in the Use the following type of encrypted connection and then click OK. Delivery is an optional menu that can be customized to your needs. 

Isi Outgoing server (SMTP) dengan 465 dan pilih SSL pada Use the following type of encrypted connection lalu klik OK. Menu Delivery merupakan optional yang bisa disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan Anda.

 

 Advance.

 

Click Next and wait for the results of the Test Account, click Close if the  status  has been Completed and click Finish. Klik Next dan tunggu hasil dari Test Account, klik Close jika Status telah Completed dan klik Finish.

 

 Completed Successfully.
